Pricing
Pricing is based on three parts:
1. Registration - Conference registration is collected by GCC on this site. To register online click “Registration Info” to the left or download a registration form to mail.
2 & 3. Housing and Meals - This is collected by your church or directly by Ridgecrest. To register for your room and food with Ridgecrest Conference Center call 1-800-588-7222. Mention that you are part of the Faithwalkers group.

Parent Discount: If you are a parent attending Faithwalkers East with your single child(ren) age 14-25, your (i.e. the parents') registration is free! To get this discount: parents attending as a couple enter promo code "fwefam2", and a parent attending as an individual enters promo code "fwefam1", in the promo code box on the online registration form.
*This discount should be applied to the parents' registration only. Your child(ren), 14-25 years, should be registered under the appropriate type (Teen or Individual) according to their age.
**Couple rate pertains to those who have been married previous to December 30th, 2015.
NOTE: If you cancel your registration, GCC reserves the right to retain funds paid by you to GCC if GCC is liable for expenses due because of your registration.
Meal Rates
The meal plan includes 9 meals for December 31 - January 2. Ridgecrest is offering a Full Meal Plan and a Two Meal Option (lunch & dinner each day).

NOTE: If you do not participate in the meal plan, you are not allowed to eat in the cafeteria and Ridgecrest does not allow outside food to be brought in the cafeteria.

Commuters
Persons attending the conference who are not being housed at Ridgecrest will be charged a one-time Campus Usage Fee of $12/person (12 years and older) for one day or $25/person (12 years and older) for the full conference. This fee will be paid to Ridgecrest along with meals.Room Rates
Your room rate per night should be between $68-$98/night (split among 2-7 people), based on the room type you choose. See Housing & Meals for a breakdown of room rates.
Childcare
No formal childcare will be provided at Faithwalkers. However, there will be a room available for nursing mothers, and another for parents to be with their small children during sessions.
